 Bobi McGinnis
Bobi has over 30 years of
experience in interior decorating,
decorative painting, art consulting and creating themed
events. She has worked as a non-profit professional with the
Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Gator Bowl Association
and the St. Johns River City Band.
These positions
included managing and training sales teams
of both staff members and volunteers. In these
positions she created magical themes and environments for
many original and award winning special events.
She served as
Executive Director of the Visual Exchange for the Arts,
a center for the visual and performing arts attracting
thousands of people. During that time she owned and operated
"Your Special", a gift gallery where her decorative arts
were showcased.
As an art broker and
consultant representing local and national artists,
she produced art shows for
some of Jacksonvilles most prestegious clubs, galleries and
venues. As an independent consultant, she has produced
events for the Jacksonville Business Journal, Jacksonville
Chamber of Commerce, the City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville
Jazz Festival, Barnett Bank, Baptist Hospital
Foundation, Jacksonville Wellness Council, Jacksonville Film
Festival, Jacksonville Historical Society, Downtown Vision,
and the Aetna Building.
Because of her love of decorating, Bobi followed her dream of becoming an Interior Redesign and Real Estate Staging Professional by training with JoAnne Lenart-Weary
of One Day Decorating. In 2003, Bobi founded Heart Strings
Design and has now incorporated the business into One Day
Decorating of Florida.

Sandra Racz
Sandra holds a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State
University and a M.B.A. from Troy University.
Prior to beginning her business in redesign, she has
held multiple positions in marketing and advertising. In
addition, Sandra taught business and accounting at
the college level. |

She founded Signature Redesign, specializing in redesign, real estate staging and color consultations.
When she found herself spending more and more time helping friends with design decisions, Sandra decided to combine her education with her passion.
Building on her successful career of assisting clients in creating their own signature interiors and her community involvement, she was inspired to help others become redesigners and stagers.
Sandra's training and appreciation for interior decorating began early in her life. Her passion for decorating combined with lessons learned from her mother and sharpened with many corporate moves provided Sandra with a strong foundation to launch her dream.
